tirolex model
The Tirolex is based on the principle of a zipline. The supporting cable is sloped, and the suspension glides along the supporting cable. It is guided to its blasting point by a cable that holds and locks it at the chosen blasting point. After the shot (explosion of the charge), the suspension is raised using a manual winch. Upon reaching the bridge, it is locked in position until the next shot. Multiple firing points can be set up depending on the length of the supporting cable and the number of lanes. Access is usually achieved from the top of a ski lift or other mechanical transportation.
